Willowbrook Accommodation

Good place, almost everything is very near. Team are super pleasant and well prepared and talk good English. You’ll find activities just about every night and it´s a great way to socializing with persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed every day. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s really insignificant. Great value for the money!

This hotel was truly centrally situated and the personnel from the reception were there at every hours. The beds have been cozy and the other guests had been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was on and off, but wasn´t a big deal. Really nice hotel and fantastic location. Undoubtedly recommend Willowbrook Accommodation!

Stayed for seven nights with my wife. Beds were being comfy and the room was normally clean up. The staff were being very useful and friendly and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are big along with the closet. Bathroom was also very pretty clean and also the shower was wonderful. Not an exceptionally social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for 5 days for holidays to checking out the place. Willowbrook Accommodation is found in a very central posture, it really is clean and also the beds are quite comfortable! There is just one issue I would suggest going forward and that is to supply extra hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Over-all, I was more than happy with this place and would certainly recommend it to everyone wanting to head to Chepstow.
